Ben is the Head of the Dispute Resolution Department of Fox Williams LLP, representing clients in disputes and also sitting as arbitrator. He works across a wide range of sectors, including technology, energy, natural resources, construction, infrastructure, commodities and professional services. He is based in London and he has previously lived in Singapore, Greece, South Africa and Malawi. He is a former Chair of Ciarb London Branch and a former Honorary Treasurer of Ciarb Singapore Branch. Ben took up office as a Ciarb Trustee representing Great Britain on 1 January 2023.
