 A seasoned professional with over 23 years of insightful experience in the areas of claims and dispute resolution, contract management, project management and consulting in the engineering and construction industry;
 Expert in construction claims analysis, dispute management, arbitration/litigation cases, construction cost audit, rate analysis, schedule delay analysis, cost overrun analysis on national and international projects in Infrastructure (including Traffic Management Services), Metrorail, Real Estate, and Oil & Gas sector;
 Competent in administering and handling FIDIC and other international forms of Contracts. Practical experience managing contractual disputes from the project's inception to resolution in the arbitration or litigation stage;
 Successfully negotiated on Insurance limits on couple of projects and saved the extra premium to be paid;
 Successfully implemented a monitoring system to generate decision reports such as Job Cost Report, Sales Order, Pending Payments & Invoices etc.;
 Successfully processed payment requests in a timely manner to improve project cash flow for projects in the infrastructure and real estate sector;
 Edification includes Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C), PGD in Construction Management and Infrastructure Development from National Institute of Construction Management & Research (NICMAR), Delhi along with a B.E. degree in Civil Engineering.
