Mohamed is a corporate lawyer, works at the Corporate, M&A Department at Khodeir & Partners Law Firm. He completed his LLB from London South Bank University and The British University in Egypt, ranked as one of the top five students.

Throughout his academic career, Mohamed had been involved in many legal, political and social activities and was elected as the president of the Law School Students’ Union. He trained in international law firms in Egypt, joined the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators as a student member, participated in more than one local and international Moot Court, and was an academic moderator for the League of Arab States.
