Formerly Head of the Construction Team in a commercial law firm, Rob Langley now specialises in ADR in all its forms, and has a passion for helping parties avoid the uncertainties and costs of litigation.

Rob is an experienced mediator and adjudicator who works hard to understand each side’s position, and also their interests. He helps each to achieve clarity and to focus on the key issues.

He prepares thoroughly, is comfortable with technical arguments, and will always go the extra mile before and after the session to get the deal done
