Omoruyi Edoigiawerie is a Legal Practitioner and Lead Partner at the Law firm of Edoigiawerie and Company LP – a full service law firm with depth of proven experience and expertise in corporate commercial transactions and a strong bias for Startup and Entrepreneurship Law.

His core expertise lies primarily in Corporate Commercial Practice, Startup Law, Immigration and Entrepreneurship. Omoruyi regularly provides advisory and capacity building support to a spectrum of clients particularly startups whom he enjoys mentoring. To date he has helped build and grow over 1000 startups most of who remain gainfully in business.
Omoruyi has vast experience in commercial dispute resolution. He has represented corporations, and high-net-worth individuals in several complex disputes.

Omoruyi holds Graduate and postgraduate degrees in Law and is an Alumnus of the University of Lagos, Harvardx program on Leadership, a Mediation specialist and chartered management Consultant. He is a member of the Nigerian and American Bar Associations as well as several professional bodies.
