Engr. M. Hasnain Khan Adv. is a Practicing Lawyer and Arbitrator at "92 LEX". Specialising in Contract Law, FIDIC and Construction Law, he deals with Construction Disputes including Negotiations, Claims Management, Dispute Boards Adjudications, Arbitrations and Litigation. He also deals with Service Laws and Taxation Laws.
He is also the CEO of the "ADR Institute" that works on Developing, Educating, Training and Instilling Alternative Dispute Resolution skills in Professionals and Students.

Mr. Khan is an International Accredited Mediator with Civil Mediation Council (CMC), Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) & International Mediation Institute (IMI), Accredited Negotiator, Conflict Manager and ODR Specialist with ADR ODR International.

He is also a Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators - UK, Prime Dispute - USA, Asian Institute of ADR - Malaysia and Society of Construction Law - UK.

Mr. Khan is serving on the Primary Arbitration Penal of Maldives International Arbitration Centre (MIAC) and Mediation Panel of ICADRP and ADR Initiative. He is also Serving on the Advocate Panel of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA).
He is also a Law Teacher having a Masters in History and Political Science.
