I represent children, parents and grandparents in proceedings in the Family Court involving families and local authorities.

I am Law Society Children Law Accredited (a member of the Children Panel) and hold the Resolution specialist accreditation in children law – private, domestic abuse and financial remedies.

I specialise in all areas of children law and act for children, through their Children’s Guardian, in cases brought by local authority Children Services departments due to neglect, parental drug or alcohol use, mental health, domestic abuse, non-accidental injury and fabricated/induced illness.

I also deal with complex children cases involving separated parents and arrangements involving grandparents.

I am also a:

• qualified Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand
