Dr Antino's seminal doctoral research on the party wall Act, specifically the difficulties created by section 7(4) when there is a proposed basement beneath either a terraced or semi-detached building.

With over 40 years of experience within the construction industry, Dr Antino has acted as an expert witness, represented clients in various ADR disputes.

His recent paper "Is Adjudication Appropriate for Resolving a Dilapidation Dispute?" was published in the CIArb Journal Volume 89.4 raises a novel point of law.
