Job Title: Advocate High Court of Pakistan

Areas of Expertise:

Hassan is a practising Advocate of the Honourable High Courts of Pakistan. He completed his LLB (Hons.) from the University of London before pursuing his LLM from Leeds Beckett University where he wrote a thesis on White Collar Crimes. Hassan also holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences (Economics and Social History) from the University of Glasgow. Following this, he then went on to attend the Summer Course on Public International Law at the Hague Academy of International Law, Netherlands.

Hassan has a keen interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and specifically Arbitration and Mediation. He believes that at times ADR can lead to a more amicable solution for the parties involved. With this in his mind, Hassan aspires to continuously learn more about ADR and establish himself as an ADR practitioner in the future.
