Mentoring Scheme Update

12 Jan 2018

We would like to thank everyone that applied for the mentoring scheme; both mentors and mentees. We received an overwhelming response of 108 applications from mentees. This is a great response and it is positive to see so many individuals keen on enhancing their professional development.

Our online mentoring platform has been created to ensure CIArb fosters a supportive mentor and mentee relationship, permitting goal setting and one to one networking. In January, we will be reviewing mentee applications to match them with suitable mentors. Whilst not all applicants will be successful, we will be keeping the mentor applications open to ensure we provide mentees with the opportunity to join the scheme.

We are also working on structuring our Train the Trainer program to develop our mentors and enable them to provide the best experience for mentees.

For those budding mentors out there, we are keen to hear from you. If you have experience in mentoring, or are passionate about developing individuals in their career, please contact us at tfakoya@ciarb.org
