Coming soon - new and improved Ciarb website

13 Feb 2024

In the next few weeks, Ciarb will launch its upgraded website. Members can expect an easier to use website with a fresh new look incorporating Ciarb’s modernised branding. It also features an updated Member Directory and a revamped members’ only area with exclusive content including free online training, recorded webinars and events, and more.

As well as improving members’, and other users’, experience of the website, this upgrade is another step towards a digital-first approach for Ciarb.

Catherine Dixon MCIArb, CEO of Ciarb says, “Delivering value and making our services more accessible for our members across the world is our priority. Our new website, which includes a member only area and new Member Directory, is one of our many IT and digital improvements to deliver a better experience for members. Taking a digital-first approach also supports Ciarb to be a more efficient and sustainable organisation.”

Ciarb has consciously taken steps over the last few years to improve its own sustainability and to raise awareness of the issue in the wider private dispute resolution sector. These include holding events, publishing articles, and becoming a steering group member for the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations pledge. To help reduce its carbon emissions even further, Ciarb recently started working with Climate Action For Associations (CAFA).
