Join us at the inaugural London International Disputes Week (LIDW) that will explore the future of international dispute resolution and celebrate the heritage of London as a leading centre for handling international disputes, through a programme of interactive sessions and networking events.
Spanning four days, LIDW comprises of 18 sessions on different types of disputes and forms of dispute resolution, plus a must-attend 1-day conference at the National Gallery (London International Disputes: Present and Future).

Significant progress on Advisory Centre for International Investment Law at UNCITRALIn 2017, UNCITRAL Working Group III (WGIII) was launched and was tasked with working on procedural reform of the investor state dispute settlement (ISDS) system. From 1-5 April 2024, Ciarb participated in the 48th session of WGIII in its capacity as an observer delegate.
