On Tuesday 30 January 2024, the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR APPG) held a session on the recent developments in legal services in the UK and how such services support the UK’s position as a leading jurisdiction for international dispute resolution.

International Women’s Day 2024 (IWD)takes “Inspire Inclusion” as its theme – with the aim of forging a more inclusive world. At Ciarb we’re seeing more and more women join the private dispute resolution sector and become members of our global community. We’re making good progress on ensuring the landscape is more inclusive for everyone but there is much more still to do.

The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) has adopted the Code of Conduct for Adjudicators (Code). Ciarb attended UNCITRAL Working Group III (WG III) in its capacity as observer to facilitate discussions about the Code of Conduct for Adjudicators (Code)throughout the multi-year development of the instrument.
