CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang (Ukraine) jointly with Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) invite you to a unique event dedicated to topical issues of international arbitration in Ukraine and in the United Kingdom (UK). The panel of distinguished experts will deliver presentations related to the recognition and enforcement of ad hoc arbitral awards in Ukraine, ad hoc arbitration in the English market with particular reference to the CIArb Rules 2015, Tribunal secretaries’ mission in commercial arbitration, and the role of counsel in arbitral proceedings. The experts will also share practical insights and discuss current trends in ad hoc and institutional arbitration based on their extensive experience in this field.
The event aims to bring together arbitration and dispute resolution practitioners, arbitrators, corporate counsel, in-house counsel, academics and professionals involved and/or having an interest in obtaining further knowledge in institutional and ad hoc arbitral proceedings in the Ukrainian and English markets.
This is an ideal forum for all practitioners and/or academics interested in sharing their views and experience on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
