Dr. Affef Ben Mansour is a French-Tunisian counsel and arbitrator. Her practice focuses on international arbitration, public international law and European law. In 2018, she has been appointed as member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Prior to practicing as an independent counsel and arbitrator, Dr Ben Mansour spent several years within the public international law and arbitration department of a major international law firm in Paris (France). She has also been a teaching researcher at Paris Ouest Nanterre La Defense University. In 2011, she published her thesis on The Implementation of International Judgments and Awards of International Tribunals. She regularly publishes and gives lectures in public international law, European law and international arbitration. Dr. Ben Mansour has recently been elected member to Arbitral Women Board.

Dr. Amel Makhlouf is a French qualified lawyer specialised in international arbitration, with a banking and finance background. She is also a lecturer in law at the Sorbonne Law School in Paris (France). Prior to joining the Dispute Appointment Service of CIArb, Dr. Makhlouf worked at an arbitration boutique in Paris (France). She has been appointed as tribunal secretary in international arbitral proceedings involving Eastern European countries conducted under the auspices of the ICC, HKIAC, DIAC, BCDR-AAA as well as ad hoc proceedings under the UNCITRAL arbitration rules. Dr. Makhlouf has also gained extensive experience in cross-border disputes involving conflicts of laws and jurisdictional challenges. She is a Member of ArbitralWomen and of the CIArb.

Ms Olena Gulyanytska is a Ukrainian qualified lawyer specialised in international arbitration and currently the Head of the Dispute Appointment Service at Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). She holds an LL.M from Georgetown University and has gained significant experience in international arbitration in the United States prior to joining the arbitration teams of international firms in London. Ms Gulyanytska has represented clients in various international arbitrations involving Eastern Europe spanning across various industry sectors. She is a member of ArbitralWomen, a Fellow of CIArb and a regular speaker at international conferences and seminars on alternative dispute resolution.

Olexander Martinenko is Senior Partner and Head of the Commercial, Regulatory and Disputes practice group in the Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna. His experience includes advising multi-national and local companies, institutions and organisations on their business activities in Ukraine for almost three decades. Olexander has over 30 years’ experience in representing clients in the Ukrainian systems of general and commercial courts, up to and including the level of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and over 25 years of experience representing clients in international commercial and / or investment arbitration proceedings, both within and outside Ukraine (he was involved in more than a dozen international commercial and / or investment arbitration proceedings). Olexander frequently acts as an expert on matters of Ukrainian law in international commercial and investment arbitration proceedings, and foreign dispute resolution proceedings, submitting Ukrainian expert witness reports, legal opinions and affidavits. Olexander is recognised as a leading lawyer in Dispute Resolution by Legal 500, 2013-2019.

Olga Shenk is Senior Associate in the Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang. Olga’s expertise includes representation of local and international clients in the areas of dispute resolution and litigation, investment and international commercial arbitration, bankruptcy, criminal proceedings and compliance. Olga has more than 10 years of experience in highly complex litigation and arbitration proceedings in Ukraine and abroad, including in international investment and commercial arbitrations (under ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA, ICC, SCC, VIAC, ICAC rules), enforcement of arbitral awards in Ukraine and abroad and cross-border litigations. Olga also advises clients across a wide variety of sectors, including IT, agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, insurance, energy and banking. Sergiy Gryshko has over 16 years of experience in acting for clients at all stages of litigation, international arbitration and enforcement, offering versatile advice on contentious matters. Sergiy has handled arbitrations under a variety of international institutional and ad hoc arbitration rules, including ICACU, LCIA, LMAA, SCC, ICC, UNCITRAL and ICSID.

Sergiy is a listed arbitrator of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a member of ICC Arbitration and ADR Commission.
