General Counsel

The post holder will provide effective leadership and management of several important CIArb Activities in addition to the provision of legal advice to all elements of CIArb. The Postholder will be responsible for the Corporate Governance procedures of CIArb, ensuring each department has properly documented control procedures in place and that these are updated appropriately and for guiding and supporting the members of CIArb’s Board of Trustees and Standing Committees.

Membership Marketing Executive

CIArb has a great opportunity to increase is global membership even further. This role will drive CIArb’s membership marketing campaigns and be responsible for promoting membership, CIArb products and services, and the value of CIArb and ADR more widely. With particular focus on digital marketing, this role will implement and optimise campaigns and customer journeys, ensuring a great member experience and ROI for the organisation. You’re comfortable with CRM systems and data-led email campaigns, and will work closely with external comms and social media colleagues to ensure campaigns are integrated.

Member Services Executive, 12-month FTC

The Membership Executive provides frontline services to members on all matters relating to applications for membership, change of grade and arranging peer interviews. This is an import role in ensuring the day to day operational functions of membership acquisition and progression are undertaken effectively and efficiently; providing an excellent service to both internal and external customers, communicating effectively and courteously and providing information and advice on matters relating to the work of the Member Services team.

Publication Review Project Manager

  • Project manage the review of the role publications for CIArb, including an assessment of our current publications.
  • Adhere to project management framework and reporting.
  • Facilitate and gather insights in line with the project scope from internal and external stakeholders through, for example, meetings, interviews and surveys.
  • Investigate and collate relevant information and insights to inform recommendations (i.e. as opposed to arriving at the recommendations).
