Tope Adeyemi is a Barrister and Arbitrator practising from 33 Bedford Row Chambers in London. Dual qualified in England & Wales and Nigeria, her practice focuses on Alternative Dispute Resolution and Regulatory Law. James Clanchy FCIArb is a full-time arbitrator in independent practice and an associate member of Six Pump Court chambers. He spent 20 years as a commercial disputes lawyer with Withers, Holman Fenwick Willan, and Stephenson Harwood, specialising in shipping, energy, and commodities.

Paul Sills is a leading independent international arbitrator and mediator with over 27 years of litigation experience, often involving multi-parties and complex commercial issues. His arbitration and mediation practices reflect this experience, where Paul is often called on to either determine or help resolve complex multi-party disputes. Prior to becoming a full-time neutral, Paul was a civil and commercial barrister but also spent time as a CEO and Director for a number of international businesses including international freight and transportation where his focus recently has been on energy transition and ESG issues.
