Luke is a qualified mediator and is an Associate Member of the Civil Mediation Council, an International Mediation Institute Qualified Mediator and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Luke is also a Commercial and Civil Litigation Solicitor and Director at Palmers Law Limited, a legal practice based in Essex but operating for clients Nationwide.

In his role at Palmers Law Limited Luke offers mediation services in his capacity as a qualified mediator, advises clients on a broad range of Commercial and Civil Litigation disputes in his capacity as solicitor and is also responsible for managing the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution department, the Civil Litigation department, the Company Commercial department and the Employment department
