Ms Ha My Linh is the Clerk of ADR Vietnam Chambers. Ms Linh is accredited as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).
Prior to joining ADR Vietnam Chambers in her current role, she worked with ACICA in Sydney and a Vietnamese law firm. Ms Linh has been involved in various dispute resolution matters, ranging from construction, commerce, civil, and insurance to employment matters. Her experience includes dispute resolutions at the Vietnamese courts and VIAC. During her time at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, Linh had the opportunity to participate in the international law exchange programme with the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney.
Linh is an active member of Young ICCA and a mentee of the Young ICCA Mentorship Program 2022–2023. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese. She works as a research assistant and now can act as a qualified tribunal secretary to arbitral tribunals dealing with international disputes involving Vietnam.
