Paul Heherson M. Balite is presently the Chief of Staff of a member of the Philippine House of Representatives and teaches at the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman Technology Management Center and the UP Open University Faculty of Management and Development Studies. Paul obtained his Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics degree from the National Institute of Physics, his Master of Technology Management degree from the UPD Technology Management Center, and a Juris Doctor degree from the UP College of Law, all from UP Diliman. He is currently a candidate in the Master of Laws in International Dispute Resolution program of the Queen Mary University of London. Paul is formerly the Deputy Executive Director of the Philippine Rural Electric Cooperatives Association, Inc. (PHILRECA), the national association of electric cooperatives all over the archipelago. In addition, he was formerly Deputy Director of the Senate Committee on Energy.
