Predominantly practicing in general litigation for the past circa 9 years, Khong was recently empaneled as an adjudicator under the Asian International Arbitration Centre.

Believing that the dispute resolution world is progressing on a fast pace, Khong appreciates that to be properly involved in this eco-system and framework of dispute resolution, lawyers need to advance in ADR skill-sets, particularly mediation and arbitration. Khong has thus recently ventured aggressively into ADR, having completed a course on advance mediation skills with the Malaysian International Mediation Centre, and is also presently undergoing Module 1 for international arbitration under CIArb.
