Senior advocate and accredited arbitrator from the Ministry of Constitutional and Legal Affairs of Tanzania and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator, UK (MCIArb). Main areas of practice are Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation. A keen legal draftsman and client adviser with good mastery of law in areas of banking, procurement, commercial disputes, compliance regulations, general administrative and commercial litigation.
Professionally involved in the development of law and policy making as regards Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
