Since 2000, I obtained a Diploma in Private Law from Cairo University through which I got into the field of international commercial arbitration, after which I joined the Arbitration Department of the State Lawsuits Authority for 7 years and then obtained my PHD in International Commercial Arbitration on the subject of the “Independence of the Arbitration Clause in the light of Private International Relations -a comparative study-“ after which i was assigned to work in the Egyptian Ministry of Justice as head of the Arbitration Execution Office during the period from 2015 to 2022.
I am currently holding the position of the Vice President of the State Lawsuits Authority in the Foreign Disputes Department; in addition to my ADR experience as an arbitrator and presiding arbitrator in many arbitration cases, institutional and ad-hoc, under the auspices of the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).
