A projects and facilities management professional with 13+ years of experience in managing and driving multi-disciplinary projects, both greenfield and brownfield, overseeing facilities operations, managing facilities budgets, directing routine maintenance, responding to emergencies, managing risk, managing contractors, overseeing security, and conducting site inspections, with core competencies spanning across project management and PMO, construction management, facilities engineering and management, business planning and strategy, assets operations and maintenance, contracts and budget management, applies outstanding skills and experience of working with local and international delivery partners, government institutions, external stakeholders and wide range of fast-paced industries over the MENA region.

Playing an advisor’s role as facilities manager and PMO head, overseeing the execution of all projects and facility management programs envisaged across all stages of the project/service lifecycle, monitoring project controls KPI's, managing the closeouts and leveraging best practices in projects and facilities management.

Mapping annual strategy, facility management plans, projects scope, objectives, BOQs, RFPs, SLAs and streamlining efforts toward attaining optimum projects configuration in line with critical success factors.

Evaluating and monitoring systems and procedures, project controls KPI's, adopting innovative and evidence-based research, driving cutting-edge thinking and practicing value-engineering techniques and cost reduction plans to optimize the processes.

Entrusted with project budget/financial reporting, creating budgets, managed resources booking and deployments, bid analysis reviews, RFQ, PAF, LPO, quotations and invoices and ensure continual review of internal and strategic controls, communications and risk assessments.

Developing human resources, defining tasks and duties, and evaluating the organization structure periodically to ensure the highest levels of institutional performance and recommending the required technical and administrative personal training.

Manage EPC Consultants/PMCs and oversee O&M agreements to ensure alignment between the various teams and the corresponding interfaces.

Managing the facility management service delivery partners and company's supply chain and its subsidiaries within the operational plans.

Writing, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts covering a range of transactions, monitoring contracts and moving forward with close-out, extension or renewal of contracts.
