Practising Alternative Disputes Resolution (ADR) for International Commercial Disputes including Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation for Technology centric disputes.
Industry Experience of ~40 years spread over:
• Ideation, Design, Develop and Deliver Digital Solutions employing Design Thinking working closely with Domain experts and Technology practices including Analytics, Machine Learning, Cloud Enablement, Platform Solutions, Automation and RPA to help Clients transform and enrich their Digital assets creating long term business value.
• Delivery Management, Program Management, Transition Management, Professional Services Management, Client Relationship Management and Business Development in Healthcare, Telecom and e-Governance domains across US, UK, Asian, African, Gulf and Indian Markets.
• Contract Negotiations, Contract Execution, Efforts Estimation, Performance of SLAs, Sub Con Management, Technology Licensing, Technology Import/Export.
• Delivery of Huge Projects; World’s largest IT project, the GBP 18 Billion “Connecting for Health” of NHS UK.
