I am a senior public sector functionary with more than 20 years vast experience. I am a professional Public Procurement Specialist with post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management (PGD-SCM) from IBA, Karachi and an International Masters in Public Procurement Management (IMPPM) from University of Rome, Tor Vergata. With special focus on the procurement of Public Private Partnership (PPP). My abilities includes strong analytical, organizational, communication skills, detail-oriented team player, possessing negotiation skills and the ability to work independently as well as in team.
