Job Title: Head of Technical - Facades

I am a construction professional specialising in façades/building envelope with 40 years’ experience working internationally in senior roles for world leading construction companies, engineering consultancies and property developers. My experience is well balanced across design, project management, construction management and contract management. As part of my work, I have been regularly involved in the determination/negotiation of claims and resolution of disputes and over the years I have developed a keen interest in the ‘legal’ side of my profession. This led me to enrol in and obtain a MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolutions form King’s College London, where I have been trained in construction adjudication and arbitration. As part of my studies, I have passed the CIArb Arbitral Award Exam and consequently attained CIArb Fellowship.
Due to my specific experience, I am well versed in adjudicating on technical issues pertaining to architectural façades, but I am also trained in the assessment of technical and commercial/contractual disputes in other fields of construction.
