Syed Abdullah Anwer, Advocate is a Partner in the well-renowned Law Firm, International Legal Consultants (ILC).

He specializes in Banking and Finances Disputes, Election Commission Disputes, Land Lease Agreements, FIDIC Contracts, Corporate and Partnership Agreements, Intellectual Property Disputes, and Maritime & Admiralty Disputes.
He has completed his LLB (Hons) from the University of London, also receiving a Certificate of Higher Education in British Common Law. His LLM is in International and Maritime Laws from Bahria University.

He has worked in various Policy and Research Think-Tanks across Pakistan including the Institute of Policy Studies, the Institute of Strategic Studies Research & Analysis (ISSRA) at the National Defense University and the Maritime Study Forum. He has remained part of the Strategic Policy and Planning Cell, National Security Division committee in the first International Islamabad Security Dialogue.
Syed Abdullah Anwer, Advocate has recently co-authored and published a book titled “”The Manual of Maritime Laws”” a pioneering endeavor in Pakistan. Finally, he is also a Member of the International Nuclear Law Association, Brussels. The only representative member from Pakistan.
