My principal objective as a Commercial Manager is to apply my knowledge and experience in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying and Project Management to bring success to the project and to achieve client satisfaction.

Full membership status with the the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), and I'm currently working to earn MRICS credential. Holder of a relevant Masters Degrees in in Project Management from Salford university, and a BSc (Hon.) Degree in Quantity Surveying from London South Bank , both degrees earned in the United Kingdom

Over 13 years of contract and commercial management experience. Extensive experience in Cost Management, Change Management, Claims assessment, Contractual Claims and Variations, Contracts management, Feasibility studies, Final Account & contract close out, value engineering, contractual correspondence, etc.

A team leader who continuously maintained commercial professionalism and ethical conduct successfully managed more complex 10 different projects at the same time with Petroserv Limited, which is more than QAR 3.5 B. supported and advised the Senior Management to develop solid corporate management and coordinate effectively with Project stakeholders

In-depth practical knowledge in most of the internationally used forms of contract (e.g. FIDIC, JCT, NEC Contracts, and PWA conditions of contract) as well as internationally used standard methods of measurement such as SMM7, NRM 2 & 3 and CESMM3 & 4.

I am familiar and involved in all kinds of fields of the construction industry, with a specialization on Roads and infrastructure projects;
