I am an English-qualified lawyer at Bait Al Qanoon Law Firm (formerly S & A Law Firm) based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

I qualified as a Solicitor in England in 2013 where and then later transferred to the Bar to practice as a Barrister also in England.

I have more than ten years of comprehensive experience in commercial dispute resolution, from domestic court litigation in England to negotiation, mediation and arbitration both domestically and internationally.

I am a passionate and experienced advocate representing clients in Court, mediations and arbitrations, and I believe in strong collaboration with colleagues and co-counsel. I always seek to provide clients with sound strategic advice and fierce representation.

My industry experience extends to construction, foreign investment, insurance, oil and gas, renewables, minerals and mining.

I am familiar with the prominent institutions: ICC, LCIA, LMMA, OCAC, SIAC, CIETAC, HKIAC, and ad hoc arbitrations. I have on-the-ground experience in arbitration and enforcement in Oman.
