Chisha is a qualified Electrical Engineer with a consolidated technical and commercial skill set built through extensive training and experience in the space of regional energy trade, business development, contract & account management, and operations & maintenance. Chisha has worked for Copperbelt Energy Corporation (CEC) where he formed part of the team that managed their multimillion-dollar DRC power trading portfolio and successfully set up their DRC subsidiary, CEC-DRC. He then moved on to the Janus Continental Group, where he successfully set up the power trading department for their subsidiary, Ndola Energy Company Limited. Chisha’s responsibilities in GreenCo cover matters pertaining to business growth, commercial operation, and contracts management with the focus on regional activities of the Group. Chisha's skills cover Regional Energy Trade, Business Development, Account Management, Project Management, and Power Systems Operations, Planning, and Maintenance. In addition, Chisha is bilingual (English and French) and highly proficient in commercial, technical, legal, and regulatory content covering the Sub-Saharan electricity sector.
