David is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in the commercial management of construction projects. David has held the designation MRICS since 2007 and MCIArb since 2023.

David has been involved in high profile construction projects in both building and civil engineering works, and has experience of, inter alia, office, commercial, retail, healthcare, rail, infrastructure and tunneling projects.

He has experience in the preparation, assessment and defense of contractual claims for extensions of time, prolongation and variations. He has also assisted in the preparation of expert witness reports for adjudications and arbitrations working closely with the expert witness and legal professionals.
