Job Title: Law student

Areas of Expertise:

As a law student and CIArb student member, I am committed to the principles of alternative dispute resolution. I believe that the traditional legal process can be adversarial, costly, and time-consuming, and that alternative dispute resolution offers innovative solutions to legal disputes. With my legal education and CIArb membership, I have access to valuable resources and training to become a skilled and ethical arbitrator or mediator.

I am particularly interested in the potential of mediation as a way to resolve disputes. Mediation offers a non-adversarial way to resolve disputes, with a focus on communication and cooperation between the parties involved. I believe that mediation can be an effective way to resolve disputes in a wide range of contexts, from commercial law disputes to Internatuonal disputes.

I am also interested in the potential of arbitration as a way to resolve disputes. Arbitration offers a more formalized way to resolve disputes, with a neutral third party making a binding decision based on the evidence presented. I believe that arbitration can be an effective way to resolve disputes in certain contexts, particularly when there is a need for a decision to be made quickly or when the parties involved are unable to reach a resolution through other means.

Through my CIArb membership, I hope to gain valuable experience in both mediation and arbitration, as well as other forms of alternative dispute resolution. I am committed to developing my skills as an arbitrator or mediator and to contributing to the development of a more efficient and effective justice system.

Therefore, I believe that alternative dispute resolution has the potential to create a more efficient and effective justice system, and I am committed to making a difference in this field. With my legal education and CIArb membership, I am excited to explore the potential of alternative dispute resolution and to develop my skills as an arbitrator or mediator.
