Lee has over 20 years’ experience in delay analysis, project planning, construction management and related disciplines. He has worked for international engineering, construction companies and consultancies based from the UK, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Oman and the UAE. Lee has experience on major projects in the UK, Caribbean, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Lee’s experience includes forensic delay analysis, site and tender planning, progress reporting, procurement, claims (typically related to delay and disruption,) site engineering and construction management on a broad range of projects including airports, infrastructure, metro rail, commercial offices, residential, hotels, ministry of defence, civil works, educational, healthcare, laboratories, sports facilities, industrial, power, geothermal wells and pharmaceutical. He has worked with standard and bespoke main contracts and sub-contracts including FIDIC, NEC, JCT.

In addition to his experience as a construction professional, Lee has been involved in a wide range of dispute matters supporting delay experts in arbitration, adjudication proceedings and has also been appointed as a delay expert in his own right, but not testified.

Lee has also completed an LLM in Construction Law and Practice in 2014 and the Cardiff University Bond Solon (CUBS) Civil Expert Witness Certificate 2021.
