Kenny Sofowora is a solicitor, qualified in Nigeria and England & Wales. She was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1988 and to the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1996. She currently practices in both Jurisdictions.

She worked in the London West End Firms of Fitzgrahams Solicitors and Michael, Amy & Partners, after which she joined Addie & Co Solicitors London as Equity Partner in 1998 where she was Head of Property, Private Clients, Practice Management and Compliance until 2013.

Kenny set up Liberty@Law Consultants in Lagos in 2015, where she is Principal Partner and joined Obafunke Akinkugbe & Co Lagos Nigeria as Consultant Solicitor in 2015. In 2016, Kenny joined the Essex practice of Grayfield Solicitors as Head of Conveyancing and Compliance.

Kenny is the Principal Partner at Liberty Wall Solicitors LLP.

As a seasoned legal practitioner, Kenny specialises in Probate and Administration of Estates: Commercial and Residential Property Law for Corporations and Individuals; Family Law; Debt Recovery and Management; Corporate and Commercial Law; Immigration and Nationality Law.

She is a qualified Trust and Tax Practitioner (T.E.P.) specialising in long term planning strategies including, UK property portfolio acquisition and management, wealth protection structures, governance and generational succession planning for individuals, families and businesses. This include UK and International Tax and Estate Planning matters for both onshore and offshore clients.

She is also a specialist law and compliance adviser to several registered Charities in the UK. Kenny sits on the Board of various charities and companies in Nigeria and the UK. She joined the Board of Springboard Trust & Investment Limited in April 2016 as an Independent Director. She is a Non-Executive Director of Cause4Children (UK) and Precious Sight Foundation (UK & Nigeria)
