Job Title: Attorney

Areas of Expertise:

I am a triple-qualified litigation and arbitration attorney with experience in arbitration, litigation, and transactional work gained in the United States, Switzerland, and Russia.

I currently am an attorney in White & Case’s award-winning arbitration and litigation group. My work involves representing clients in investment, corporate, and other commercial disputes in such industries as oil and gas, textile, retail, recreation and hotels, construction, and production of fertilizers. I work on analyzing some of the most complex and significant disputes facing the firm’s clients, including States and private entities, to develop paths to victory in arbitration or through favorable settlement. To pursue those strategies, I have drafted dozens of briefs. I have also handled various other aspects of arbitration disputes, including conducting interviews with witnesses and experts, researching procedural questions related to arbitrations, and drafting case and legal memoranda and statements of issues involved in cases. I also participate in the arbitration hearings.

In addition to my tenure as legal counsel and party advocate, I also served as an attorney in the litigation and corporate departments of several global law firms and as an in-house counsel at the major asset management company, where I developed and implemented finance and M&A transactions, carried out the antimonopoly clearance of complex M&A transactions in the United States and EU Member States, and managed the clients’ international arbitration and litigation proceedings.

Since 2011, I have served as an invited judge and arbitrator at several international moot court competitions, including Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, FDI International Moot Court Competition, and Philip C. Jessup Public International Law Moot Court.
