Taimoor Aslam Khan is an advocate of the High Court and is enrolled with the Islamabad Bar Council. He has acquired experience in his years spent in HaidermotaBNR & Co. on all corporate and transactional matters. He has a wide range of experience in conducting due diligences with regard to acquisition of various power companies and petroleum companies. He has been involved in some key arbitrations wherein, his work included preparation of claims, evidentiary documents, cross examination of witnesses and final arguments. He is continuously involved in drafting legal opinions regarding title to numerous immovable properties for clients leasing or purchasing such properties in Pakistan and advising clients regarding the regulatory framework of litigation, representing clients at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. On a consistent basis his advisory services include drafting and assisting in the preparation of legal opinions on various corporate and commercial matters, drafting and vetting of agreements such as sale of property, lease and rent agreements, shareholders and share purchase agreements and all general corporate commercial agreements as required. He handles diverse practice ranging from company, constitutional, service matters, estate / land to white collar crimes, including but not limited to NAB and FIA matters in the Honorable Courts of Pakistan. He is presently representing different companies in their litigations before the Honourable Courts of Quetta, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan and Islamabad. He is also handling arbitrations in various cities for the clients. He has represented, advised and rendered opinions to various Clients including top Corporate Entities. He has had the opportunity of appearing in excess of 550 plus cases in the Honourable Islamabad High Court, alone and has represented Clients in a wide array of matters, enabling him in developing a sound understanding of the disputes of various nature, as well as, the adversarial nature of proceedings on account of which he has earned an invaluable experience in realising the importance of mediation in effective dispute resolution, which would cater to expeditions resolution of contentious issues of the Parties involved, while lessening the burden on the Judicial System.
