Areas of Expertise:

As a Legal Manager at CIDB Malaysia, I provide legal advice and support to the organization on various matters related to construction law and regulation. I also represent CIDB in civil litigation and prosecution cases, and negotiate contracts and agreements with external parties.

I have successfully handled multiple prosecution and enforcement actions, achieving favorable outcomes for CIDB and its stakeholders. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of policies and guidelines to enhance the legal compliance and governance of the construction industry in Malaysia.

I hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the National University of Malaysia (UKM), where I graduated with honors and received several academic awards. I have also completed a Foundation in Law program at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). I am passionate about advancing my knowledge and skills in construction law, and I regularly attend seminars and workshops to keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the field.
