I am a Pakistan Engineering Council certified Professional Engineer with extensive expertise in Civil Engineering, specifically in construction project management. My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering, and a Master's Degree in Project Management. Additionally, I have a Diploma in Procurement and Logistics Management, providing me with comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end procurement and logistic processes.
Over the course of my 12-year career, I have progressively developed my skills in planning, executing, and monitoring Civil infrastructure projects, including significant experience in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. My experience encompasses diverse aspects of construction management, such as Buildings, Roads, Bridges, and other infrastructure initiatives.
With an extensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts, Project Management methodologies, Procurement processes, Quality control practices, and Budget management principles, I consistently ensure the timely completion of projects within budgetary constraints and to the highest quality standards. My hands-on experience in PPP projects reflects my ability to navigate the unique challenges associated with public-private collaborations, contributing to successful outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
