Marking my 17th year in the real estate sector, I specialize in real estate investment analysis and hands-on mid-scale property development, blending strategic oversight with tangible problem-solving skills.

Background
Born and raised in Hong Kong and fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, my real estate journey started in 2001, transitioning to the UK in 2020. Drawing from my family's construction business background, surveying and finance education, and legal knowledge, I provide cross-functional solutions that empower clients to make informed decisions, backed by a strong track record. I have served a diverse clientele from families and chairpersons of top firms in cosmetics, legal services, gaming, real estate, investment conglomerates, luxury goods and fashion manufacturing.

Current Role
Currently, I serve as a Real Estate Analyst for a family office in London, focusing on expanding its real estate private equity investment portfolio. My primary tasks include underwriting real estate investment opportunities and conducting M&A due diligence. Last year, we completed a £50M M&A transaction involving a mansion. Our office also manages an 80,000 sq. ft. property in the City of London, where I offer strategic advice in asset management practices. My routine tasks include Market Research and Analysis, Deal Sourcing, Valuation, and Financial Modeling, with my modeling skills recognized by Hines and Savills Investment Management.

I hold a finance MBA from Cambridge, a Master of Laws from HKU, a top-ranked global law school, and topped my class in HK PolyU's globally top-20 Building and Real Estate program.

Professional Accreditations
I'm accredited as a RICS-registered valuer, Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor (MRICS), Chartered Building Surveyor (MHKIS), and a MCIArb member, a professional credential in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

Career Journey
My early career has spanned for 6 years across contractors, government agencies, developers, consultants, and investors. After that, I spent two years in asset management for the public sector and 7.5 years in consultancy from holistic approach evaluating investment opportunities and managing property development for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Additionally, I am a former professional Contract Bridge athlete, representing Hong Kong in various international events, where I secured runner-up positions in Pacific Asia level competitions.
