I was admitted as a Hong Kong solicitor in September 2021. I am now working as a solicitor in Messrs. M.C.A. Lai Solicitors LLP in Hong Kong. My areas of practice include litigation, employees' compensation, personal injuries, property damage, commercial and corporate laws, false imprisonment, criminal law, probate and so on. Since 2018, I have studied PhD in Laws at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. I have yet to graduate. My main area of research is investor-state dispute settlement. In addition, I passed the HKIArb's award-writing assessment for fellowship in 2018. I have obtained certificates in investor-state mediator training, general mediation and family mediation in 2018-19.
