I possess in-depth knowledge of procurement processes, claims management, Delay analysis, Contract administration, and arbitration which allows me to effectively manage contract lifecycles from start to finish. Also deeply involved in Project Controls disciplines such as Planning and Cost Management. Accredited from FIDIC as a certified Trainer for FIDIC Contracts
Throughout my career, I have successfully managed contracts in various industries, including construction, engineering, and government agencies. I have a strong ability to identify potential claims and develop strategies to mitigate them.
