Areas of Expertise:

My principal objective as a Contracts/Claims Manager/Specialist is to apply my knowledge and experience in Contract Law, Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, Litigation Support and Project Management to bring success to the project and to achieve client satisfaction.

Full membership status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). Holder of two relevant Masters Degrees [LLM in Oil and Gas Law & MSc in Project Management) from renowned universities in the United Kingdom, and a Certificate in Contract Law from Harvard Law School, Harvard University, USA.

Over 20 years of post-graduate contract and commercial management experience. Extensive experience in Claims Management, Claims prevention, Claims assessment, Counter claim preparation, contracts management, final account reconciliation, litigation support, contractual correspondence, etc.

In-depth practical knowledge in most of the internationally used forms of contract (e.g. FIDIC, JCT, NEC, PFI/PPP Contracts, and Oil & Gas Contracts) as well as internationally used standard methods of measurement such as SMM7 and CESMM3 & 4.
