Musanchi Simbeye is executive with more than 20 years’ experience in senior and middle management roles that include; Finance Consultancy & Advisory, Chief Executive Officer, Credit & Risk Manager, Procurement Manager, Regional Auditor and Retail Banker. Currently in her fifth & final year of a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) and a Global MBA within a Project Management Leadership and Strategic Management path and a Bachelor of Science International Business (BSIB) within a Finance pathway.
Musanchi has proven ability to plan and manage projects; she has vast work experience in the financial sector with international organizations as well as local entities in the Zambian public and private sectors. Musanchi has raised a microfinance organization from a small project to a fully-fledged financial institution that registered with the Central Bank and she continues to provide advisory services in this financial segment.
Musanchi has skillsets in project & strategic management, leadership and technical oversight for projects in agribusiness, capital raising, green energy & funding and investment opportunities for SMEs that’s paired with technical assistance. The key focus has been on capital initiatives/funding for SMEs that include technical assistance to scaleup growth and increase market linkage for the SMEs in specified sectors. Furthermore, support the SMEs towards green funding and energy solutions than lean towards the climate change mitigation and adaptation.
