Lee has over 28 years of experience, of which circa 23 years has been spent in the Middle East (ME) with the remainder in the UK.

He has attained a large diversity of regional projects experience (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) having held positions in ME for construction consultancy practices up to Managing Director level.

His ME experience has covered consultancy businesses/division operations, Contract Advice, Expert Witness, Claims, Arbitration, Litigation support, Cost Consultancy and Project Management.

Career Highlights:

Current: Saudi Entertainment Ventures Limited (SEVEN) - Claims / Dispute Director for Portolio of 22 no Projects in 14 Cities, CAPEX in excess of SAR 50 Billion.

1. Worked on 44 no construction dispute cases in the last 10 years. Highest disputed case value was AED 7.5 Billion. Has testified multiple times.
2. Managed and developed two highly profitable consultancy businesses in the region.
3. Developed an award-winning quantity surveying practice in the UAE (UK Building Magazine award for International Cost Management).
4. Delivered iconic projects – Ferrari Theme Park, Yas Waterpark, ADIA HQ, Emirates A380 Hangers, Eastern Mangrove Project – Anantara, NBCD Facility for UAE Navy, JAFZA Convention Centre, Dubai Sports City.
5. Worked inter alia with Mubadala, Meydan, Emaar, TDIC, Emirates, Aldar, Sports City, Aabar, DCCI, DM, Kingdom Holdings, Saudi Oger.
