I am a Media, Entertainment and Intellectual Property lawyer, international speaker, university professor, and member of the London Chartered Institute of Arbitrators -MCIArb since 2019. I work in Spanish, English and French.

In October 2020 the boutique law firm I founded, Ley in Movimiento, merged with the leading firm Márquez Barrera Castañeda Ramírez; In April 2021 we joined the prestigious Spanish Firm ECIJA, a reference Firm in Europe in TMT law. I am currently a Partner at ECIJA COLOMBIA and lead the Media, Entertainment and Intellectual Property practice.

As a Partner of ECIJA Colombia, I have provided specialized and high-quality legal consulting for productions commissioned by Netflix, Amazon, Telemundo, Discovery, Apple, among others. We also represent foreign clients in Colombia and we are experts in the incentives of film law.
