Kunwar Chandresh has experience of construction project management and dispute resolution in different projects. He worked at NBCC Ltd., Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. and NTPC Ltd. before joining Central Public Works Department(CPWD) in 2011. He is trained as Mediator (HKMAAL, Hong Kong) and Arbitral Tribunal secretary (HKIAC, Hong Kong) for domestic as well as for international arbitration. He is skilled in Claim preparation, Contract Management, Construction Contract Drafting, Negotiation, Mediation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. He has participated in many conferences and seminars on arbitration in India and abroad.

Kunwar Chandresh is a former Indian Engineering Services Group ‘A’ officer having vast experience in government sector and public sector undertakings in various capacities. He was working as Executive Engineer (c) in CPWD, New Delhi before starting at Kabi and Associates. He is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and practicing advocate in Delhi High Court. His practice includes (but not limited to) Construction, Infrastructure, Energy and Power sector disputes and litigations.
