Mr. Hernandez is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Architectural Engineer with over 20 years of experience in multidisciplinary projects throughout Spain, Middle East, Ireland, Scandinavia, and UK. He is a Senior Director in FTI Consulting’s Construction Solutions practice and is based in London.

Of particular note is his considerable experiences in arbitration, conciliation, mediation, and adjudication in Ireland and UK and his specialist skills also include for risk, project, and procurement management.

An accomplished leader with Project and Construction Management expertise with managing high-valued and complex projects internationally, demonstrated by successfully delivering eight Healthcare projects on time, safely and to the clients' satisfaction as Project Director worth circa $3 billion. In addition to undertaking several other Civil (Metro, Railways) and building projects (Education, residential, iconic-symbolic projects) in various Senior Commercial roles.
