Chelvin assumes the position of Young Graduate Trainee at the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius. He currently serves as direct assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and before that, he plied his trade at the Office of the Chief Executive.
Chelvin holds a First-Class LLB(Hons) and a specialist LLM in International Business Law from Middlesex University, London. Additionally, Chelvin has extensive knowledge of International Arbitration and Anti-Money Laundering, and has undertaken various leadership programs, including the Global Social Leader Forum 2017. Chelvin holds to his credit several commendations and was awarded the Most Outstanding Student Award for LLB (Hons) 2016/17 and the Postgraduate Alumni Scholarship 2017 in recognition of his excellent academic performance.
