A Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 21 years work experience in commercial and contract positions on a variety of global projects from both Employer and Contractor based background.

Expertise in the preparation, assessment and negotiation of quantum claims including method of measurement, prolongation, suspension, termination and disruption. Experienced in the preparation, assessment and negotiation of variations, payment certificates, final accounts and administration of FIDIC red book, yellow book, white book and bespoke contracts.

Assisted quantum experts in the preparation of expert reports for high valued disputes in litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Provides claims support and contract administration services to Employers, Contractors and Consultants across several construction sectors including oil and gas, iron ore mining industry, residential, commercial, leisure and infrastructure projects.

Experienced in change control management processes, commercial management of construction contracts, tendering and procurement of construction projects on behalf of Employer’s and Contractors.
