Job Title: Sr. Contracts and Dispute Resolution Specialist

Areas of Expertise:

I am a senior construction professional and dispute resolution specialist with over 30 years of experience in the UAE. During this period, I have delivered diverse construction mega projects and have successfully resolved/participated in resolving complex construction disputes.

I am an RICS Accredited Evaluative Mediator with a BSc in Civil Engineering and a university diploma in international construction contracts.

Besides mediation, I am a practitioner of other dispute resolution techniques including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation support. I speak Arabic (native) and English (fluent) and I have outstanding negotiation skills.
